In 1999, Thien A - Resource Engineering., JSC was formed to be part of a one-stop integrated solution in construction and renovation industry focused mainly on M&E projects in Vietnam. We aim to be a leading Mechanical & Electrical contractor providing state-of-art services to our clients. Our professional workmanship and speed is marked by our unwavering commitment to quality and working with our clients, suppliers and employees as a team.

In February 2008, the Company extended its operations internationally, with the establishment of I-Build Construction & Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore.

Since our inception, the company has focused on the vision of helping our clients respond to their needs and requirements by providing simple, cost effective and innovative approaches.
